Applying for a selective school

SEAL

The SEAL schools offer an accelerated pathway for their students. Students are accelerated through the curriculum and often complete some of their year 12 subjects during year 11. Further year 12 subjects are then undertaken. The test provider is usually either ACER or Edutest.

Selective

The test provider for year 9 entry into Melbourne High, MacRobertson' Girls, Nossal and Suzanne Cory is ACER. For entry to year 10 the provider remains to be Edutest.

JMSS & Elizabeth Blackburn

These specialised schools seek to enrol students with a significant interest in science. The tests are conducted by Edutest.
